Horizons Hovercraft Model – Finished.

Epcot Horizons Hovercraft / Pegasus Hoverlift 3/4 shot

As some of you may know, I’ve been busy at work over at Retro-Replicas.net working on my Horizons model. And while busy pushing polygons I had a chance to work on a toy design. And while going through the process of getting the toy through manufacturing, it occurred to Todd and I that we should … Read more

Horizons Project Is Back On

EPCOT Center's Horizons master landscaping plan

So I’ve picked the Horizons project back up and am working on it full steam again. I’ve collected quite a bit more research material since the last time I worked on it so there are some corrections I have to make. You’ll see these over the course of the next few postings. The first major … Read more

Horizons Hovercraft Model – Update 2

I’ve been going through a bunch of my stuff to update my portfolio and realized I hadn’t updated the blog with the last bit progress I had made on the hovercraft. It’s by no means done, but I’ve been so busy programming I’m not sure when I’ll be able to finish it up. 🙁

EPCOT Project Restarted

After many years of being dormant, The EPCOT Center Project is back alive. I’ve been working on it the last couple of weeks but didn’t want to post anything until I had something substantial to show. As I mentioned in an earlier post, I had to gather up a bunch of my research and rebuild … Read more

The EPCOT Center Project

So I’ve been going over my models to see what condition they’re in and what direction I need to go with them. After taking a good look at my EPCOT Center model I now realize my map is far from correct. Since it was derived from satellite photos, it is distorted in more than one … Read more

EPCOT Center – Monorail Station “Rough Sketch”

It’s time for another update. You’ll notice a few more colors in these images. I’ve “colored” a few of the areas to make them easier to distinguish from the other areas. By no means are these colors/textures/materials final. 🙂 One thing to note about this update, the monorail station is “roughed out” and I haven’t … Read more
